Did my order go through?
As soon as your order has been completed you will receive an automated confirmation email. If this isn't the case or you're unsure, contact us via the contact us page.
Can I modify my order once I have completed it?
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. Please make sure that all information entered is accurate prior to completing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
As soon as your order has been placed you have 5 minutes from the time of order to cancel it. If you contact us via our contact us page and state your name and unique order number we will cancel it. Please note: It may take upto 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
Can I add a discount after purchase?
Discount codes can only be added during check out, please ensure you've added the relevant code prior to completing your purchase.
What is the standard delivery time?
Please allow for 1-3 days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed please allow up to 1 working week for delivery. These times may vary during bank holidays.
Do you ship to my country?

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods, contact us immediately so we can get the issue resolved. Usually this will be with either a replacement or a refund once the damaged items have been returned to us.
I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
In the rare case that you receive a different product to the one that you ordered, we want to resolve any issues with incorrect items immediately! Please contact our customer support team using the contact us page quoting your order number and the incorrect item's name and number.
